Chris Duarte

Another celebrated Atlanta musician, Chris Duarte was born in Texas, and gained his guitar-slinger chops in the rhythmic style of Texas blues. His influences go beyond blues, embracing jazz and rock. He is known for electrifying and eclectic solos. Like an avant-guard jazz saxophonist, Chris’ guitar playing explores the boundaries of tone, progression, rhythm, and harmony, and ultimately returns to the melody.
